Liberty Bidding System

The following is an outline of that system.

Bidding During Auction

Round One
All tracts will be sold on a per tract basis. If a bidder wants an individual tract they must be the high bidder on that tract in this round.

Round Two
The high bidder on each parcel in Round 1 has the right to defend his/her bid throughout the auction. They may raise their bid and pull the parcel out of a combination at anytime.

In this round a bidder may bid a combination to two or more parcels. The parcels do not have to be connected.
The minimum raise to defend or combine the parcels over the last bid will be announced.
A bidder may combine all the tracts during round two.
This system allows the individual tract buyer to compete with the combination tract buyer. This allows us to maximize the price of each individual tract.

Why Use the Liberty Bidding System?

A. Open Bidding on any tract, combination of tracts and the whole.
  1) Bidders can combine any tracts.
  2) Bidders can continue to bid on different tracts until the close of the auction.
  3) Bidders can raise their bids continuously and independently to compete against other combinations and whole bids.
  4) Bidders do not need to form unwanted partnerships in order to compete with the combination or the whole property bidders.
     B. Computerize the bidding results to instantaneously determine the winning combinations.
     C. Display all Bidding results at all times. Keep people informed and involved.
     D. Trained competent bid assistants counsel the bidders and determine the bids required to submit to be in a winning position.
     E. This system supplies a buyer base, permitting buyers of any number of tracts to compete.
     F. Time and coordination is efficient compared to any other methods of selling.
     G. This system maximizes the price by effectively competing individual tract buyers again the bidder who wants the whole.
     H. Buyers go home satisfied that they had the best opportunity to purchase.
     I. Most auctions in this area are slanted to the whole tract buyer who overbids the auction without allowing the individual buyer back into the auction.
