The marketing campaign begins approximately three to four weeks in advance of the auction.

We recommend that on the day of the auction, that  fifteen percent of the contract selling price on each tract be required as a down payment, with the balance of the purchase price due and payable at closing. The closing shall be on or before 30-45 days from the date of the auction.
A non-contingent purchase contract is to be signed by the successful bidder and the property will be sold “AS IS” with all inherent faults, should any exist.

Examples of all advertising and copies of expenses will be furnished to the seller after settlement.

We use an innovative technique referred to as the buyer’s premium, which allows the purchaser to share in the expense of the auction.
A seven percent buyer’s premium to be paid by the buyer will be the total remuneration for our services.
